Do you work on all makes, or just the brands you sell?

All makes and models. Our technicians are qualified across multiple brands. The used cars we sell come from all sorts of manufacturers, so the workshop has to handle everything.

Will servicing here invalidate my manufacturer warranty?

No. Under UK block exemption rules you’re free to service outside the main dealer network, as long as the manufacturer’s schedule is followed and approved parts are used. That’s exactly what we do, with the paperwork to prove it.

Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?

Booking only. Call 0114 698 1430, email, or leave us a message through the site. You can drop the vehicle off outside opening hours by arrangement.

Where are you?

Unit 3, 1 Orgreave Way, Sheffield S13 9LS. Just off Retford Road, opposite the DVSA test centre and a couple of minutes from the Sheffield Parkway, with parking right outside. Workshop hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

Excellent service, I had been having problems with my car radio screen for nearly a year, I took it to them and they found the problem straight away and fixed it for me and claimed it on my warranty and I didn’t have to do anything. Also had a service and 2 tyres.They were so helpful, I was very pleased. It feels like I’ve got a new car!

I recently used GT Automotive for a repair through a warranty claim. Matt was very helpful and explained the process. Unfortunately there were some delays for the repair to be done through no fault of the garage but through the warranty company. Matt kept me updated and fought my case for the claim, eventually got the repairs approved and got my car fixed as quick as they could. I've had a hard time in the past finding a garage I can trust, but these are very genuine and I will be using them for all my car needs going forward, and already have my next Service and MOT booked in.
