• Knock or clunk over bumps: often drop links or anti roll bar bushes. One of the cheaper fixes, and satisfying to have gone.
• Clonk on full lock, or pulling to one side: ball joints or track rod ends.
• Sudden tilt or a bang, then odd handling: a snapped coil spring. A pothole classic and an instant MOT failure.
• Floaty ride, nose diving under braking, bouncing after bumps: tired shock absorbers.
• Uneven or feathered tyre wear: worn components or alignment knocked out by a pothole. We arrange wheel alignment and tracking through our alignment partner, so it can be sorted in the same visit.
