Called 09:30 for additional information on a vehicle, and said I was interested in getting the car this weekend. No one called back by 13:00, so when I called again they said someone had put a deposit down this afternoon. Rather than apologise for not coming back to me in 3.5 hours about some minor details, I was just told “that’s what the motor trade is like at the moment”.
