I had a wonderful, no pressure, experience buying a car through GT Automotive yesterday. From the very first contact we had, Matt was punctual, polite, flexible and clear in his communication. He was also able to help me with any queries I had prior to being able to get over to see the vehicle. Before meeting I was unsure as to whether I should try to part x my own vehicle, as in the past (with other dealerships) I have been offered a price that I didn’t feel was reflective of the vehicles value. But Matt straight up offered a deal that was fair for all parties involved. I felt the warranty offered was much better than those I have seen from independent dealerships and I also felt assured that should any problems happen during the next six months that I could contact GT Automotive and they would endeavour to support me. Only driven the car for an hour but so far so good! I would definitely recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to use again.
